I enjoy a perfect County Special Breakfast. Three eggs, hash browns, sausage patties, biscuits & Gravy. Eggs were exactly as I ordered, great hash browns and sausage patties. The biscuits & gravy was awesome, the pepper gravy was a topper. If you're coming through town and hungry, this is the place to stop, right of 880 & 237. Glad I stopped. Best birthday breakfast ever! Highly recommend. Super friendly staff and great prices.

Stopped by on a Sunday for breakfast and the place was busy. Waited for just 5 minutes to get a table and immediately our server was there. My wife ordered the Belgian waffle with scrambled eggs while I got the 50-50 which comes with 2 pieces bacon, 2 pieces of sausage and 3 eggs with toast. We noticed the servers here helps each other regardless of whose customer. We had 3 different servers helped us with coffee refills Overall, this place to me deserves a 5-star rating for excellence, great food and fast service. We would definitely come back again if we were in this area.

Great service with a wide and reasonably priced menu. Parking can be spotty during peak hours but the square is large enough to find a spot somewhere. Bathrooms are clean, 2 located in the back. Lots of booth seating, some bar stools also available.

Ever since moving to the Bay Area a decade ago, I’ve been looking for a great diner and now finally found one! Tasty & hearty standard fare with huge portions, friendly service, and small-town vibe. They even serve mimosas in a large glass mug!! Constant coffee refills and check-ins by the servers. The staff were all smiles and banter- they clearly enjoy being there, it was really nice to see. I also happened to come in right after a regular, they treated her with respect and appreciation. I got the sense they take care of their customers. Overall excellent experience thank you!

We love this diner! The prices are more affordable than other places, but the portions are bigger, with three and four eggs for everything. Flavor is also excellent and service is great. The biscuits and gravy and sausage are good, and the burgers are amazing.

Mils Diner in Milpitas offers a comforting and satisfying classic diner experience with a delightful twist. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, perfect for a laid-back breakfast or brunch. The #3 combo was a standout—featuring a tender, flavorful hanger steak (or a similar cut) cooked perfectly to order, accompanied by sautéed mushrooms, expertly prepared eggs, and crispy country potatoes. The French toast was traditional and satisfying, rounding out the meal with a touch of sweetness. A true highlight was the croissant French toast, which my girlfriend ordered. It was perfectly moist, indulgent, and delightfully rich—an elevated take on a diner favorite. Served with well-cooked eggs and your choice of crispy sausage or bacon, it made for a memorable dish worth returning for. The staff at Mils Diner were exceptionally friendly and attentive, adding to the overall charm of the visit. Whether you're craving a hearty breakfast or a comforting brunch, Mils Diner delivers on quality, hospitality, and flavor. Highly recommended!

Old outside but golden inside This place is amazing, the interior is nice and clean. The service is good, everyone is lively and friendly here. The food is excellent and nicely prepared, with all kinds of breakfast. The griddle is clean (unlike iHop that you can taste the mix of burnt foods in your mouth). The portion is reasonably big, a lady can share her dish with a kid. The price is good as well. They're definitely proud to serve good foods for you. I don't know why we even go to iHop when we have such a good place like Mil's Diner here

Food: The portion and the flavor is out of expectedly good! We came after a long walk in the morning and very lucky to be on the wait list earlier. The honey glaze on the chicken is good but their waffle was just okay comparing to other savory breakfast options like omelette and 3-egg breakfast. Service: you need to put your name on the waitlist in person and wait there since it’s not online. The restaurant is busy but the staff is very helpful and check on you all the time if any needs. Ambiance: traditional American retro vibe. Good for a casual nice brunch on weekends!
